The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your merryph22 account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. merryph22 does not charge additional fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside of our control.

merryph22's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
merryph22 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Scheduled maintenance and system updates may result in temporary unavailability, and merryph22 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. merryph22 operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the merryph22 Platform shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process. You may submit a complaint to our support team, which will respond within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.
merryph22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the merryph22 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
